Data is accessible only to Éric Gicquel, authorised SARL JEHANNO IMMOBILIER staff when needed for your project, and technical providers necessary for website operation and form delivery. Forms are currently sent through FormSubmit to Demeures d’Estran’s business email address.

Prospect enquiries and related exchanges are kept only as long as needed to process them, and for no longer than three years after the last contact. If a contractual relationship is formed, some data may be retained longer to meet legal requirements and protect Demeures d’Estran’s rights.
